How do I reorder my medication?

For your convenience, Elwyn Pharmacy will contact you or your physician each time to schedule your reorder. If you are a new patient or if you have a new prescription, please call Elwyn Pharmacy at 610-566-2226 to start your prescription.


Do I need to inform Elwyn Pharmacy with any changes in therapy?

To prevent unnecessary medication being shipped after therapy is discontinued you need to inform Elwyn Pharmacy at 610-566-2226 when therapy ends.


What should I do with used syringes?

Your health and safety is our top priority. Please call your local Public Health Department or visit the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) online for the appropriate steps to take when disposing of your syringes and Sharps container.


Who do I call when my insurance changes?

If your insurance changes it is important to notify Elwyn Pharmacy immediately. This will allow us to maintain proper authorization and continue to provide service. If you fail to report insurance changes to Elwyn Pharmacy and medication is shipped to your home or physician’s office, you may be responsible for those charges.


How is my medication delivered?

Your medication is delivered free, same day/overnight or via United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express or our Elwyn fleet of delivery professionals. Once you receive it, you should follow the storage requirements. If you do not receive your package by 3 pm on the scheduled delivery day, please call Elwyn Pharmacy at 610-566-2226 for assistance.

We welcome your calls anytime during our regular business hour.
If an emergency arises with your medication, please call our pharmacist 24 hours a day for assistance at 610-566-2226.
